Diana is a leading participation practitioner who has an international reputation and wins awards for the quality of her work, including the 2015 CIEEM award for best practice participation. Following a successful team building event run for the UN Climate Change department she has decided to open up this format for other organisations to benefit from.

Lucy Armitage BSc MSc

Lead Facilitator

 

Lucy is a professional project manager, trainer and facilitator with a strong track record for creating rapport with people form a wide range of backgrounds and interests. She has experience organising and running big events for clients such as Jaguar Cars, AT&T, HSBC and BT.

 

Joel Pound BSc

Facilitator

 

Joel is an experienced facilitator and trainer. He has helped run and facilitate events in different countries and across cultures. Some of the clients he has worked with include CEH,

the British Council, the National Trust, Environment Agency and Black & Veatch.

Lindsay, Dip. CIM, MSc, Marketing & Process Coordinator

 

Lindsay assists the team with projects, analysis and research, and is the lead for the company’s communications. She holds a Masters degree in sustainable tourism and is an experienced copywriter and editor. Outside of work, Lindsay likes to be outside: walking, kayaking, gardening and working to keep Kent’s public rights of way accessible.

Lucy Fiebelmann is an emerging designer and illustrator. She is responsible for the look and feel of Team Matters and also is our artistic associate and advisor. She has a background in illustration, graphic design and advertising.
